Masculinity Can Include Vulnerability

What? Many men have been bullied or made fun of for showing compassion, tenderness, and empathy. The often result is these qualities can get tamped down. The toxic model of masculinity says that vulnerability is weak and effeminate. In this workshop, we dismantle this philosophy and learn that it takes great courage and strength to embrace vulnerability. Vulnerability enhances relationships and connections and allows us to be more genuine with ourselves and those we love.
